Project overview
The thinking behind the project
An independent art-space concept combining serif typography and original exhibition imagery with discovery, session selection and a clear visit summary.
An exhibition website must convey the work while helping visitors plan a date and session. AFTERIMAGE distinguishes exhibitions through light, color and material, then connects that discovery to a visit plan. The brief was to make browsing and ticket planning feel like parts of the same experience.

Strategy and design
Turning the brief into design decisions.
A bright gallery photograph, serif headline and four contiguous information panels establish the opening. Soft violet connects the identity to exhibition discovery and visit planning.
What the project set out to address
- Communicate the character of each exhibition
- Connect discovery to date and session selection
- Complete a visit plan on small screens
How we approached it
- Use scale to establish a clear reading order
- Create distinct imagery for light, sound and sculpture
- Preserve a local ticket draft in the URL
From a new perspective to a visit plan
Explore by medium, select a date, session and visitors, then review the total. The draft survives language changes and reloads.

What we created for this concept
AFTERIMAGE is a fictional media-art space created as an independent project concept. Its identity, imagery, copy and code were created around editorial hierarchy and three distinct material experiences.
- Original identity and seven illustrative artworks
- Responsive Korean and English website
- Exhibition filtering and three detail pages
- Date, session, visitor selection and pricing
- Editable visit summary
An independent concept, not a client engagement or a performance claim. Products, prices and data are illustrative. A production project requires real operating information and system integrations.
Design reference & original work
We studied spatial atmosphere and editorial hierarchy. AFTERIMAGE's identity, palette, copy and code are original, with seven illustrative exhibition images.
